Our spa sits at 60 S Stephanie St in McCullough Hills, just south of the I-215 interchange at Stephanie Street, in the small center with Capriotti’s and Marco’s Pizza. Most of the people on our tables here live nearby, and plenty of them book every month. Once a regular finds a therapist who knows their body and the pressure they like, they tend to keep coming back to that person.
Massage 1 Thai Spa is family-owned and Asian-owned. Toine runs the spas day to day with a manager at each one, and his son Anton looks after the marketing. Our therapists are licensed, and every one of them has trained in Thai massage techniques. We want you to feel welcome from the moment you walk in until you head back to your car.
Deep Tissue, Thai and Swedish Massage
Many guests here book for something specific: a stiff neck from a desk, tight shoulders, or legs that are sore after a workout. Choose the style by how firm you want it. Swedish uses oil and long strokes and is the softest option. Thai Traditional uses no oil: you change into a loose outfit we give you, and the therapist works through assisted stretches and presses with palms and thumbs. Thai Combination mixes Thai work with deep tissue and oil, and Signature pairs Thai stretches with light to medium pressure.
For deep tissue massage, your therapist begins at a pressure that suits the work, asks how it feels, and goes firmer or lighter from there. If you want more, say so.
Swedish and Thai Traditional cost $115 for 60 minutes, $170 for 90 and $230 for 120. Signature, Thai Combination and deep tissue run $125 at 60 minutes, $185 at 90 and $250 at 120. Any of them can be booked for two people as a couples massage.
Hydrate, Anti-Aging and Deep Cleanse Facials
Facials are done here at Stephanie Street too. There are five, each 60 minutes: Hydrate ($115), Anti-Aging ($165), Vitamin C Glow ($185), Microdermabrasion ($190) and Probiotic Deep Cleanse ($200). If you are not sure which to book, tell us what bothers you about your skin, such as dryness, fine lines, dullness or breakouts, and we will point you to the facial that fits rather than the priciest one. One guest who booked the Hydrate Facial this summer noted that it came with a shoulder and arm massage.
Foot Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stones
Foot reflexology is a 60-minute treatment focused on the pressure points of the feet, for $125. Short on time? Add 25 minutes of reflexology to any massage for $65. Heated stones are $10 extra with most massages, though they are not used with Thai Traditional. The body scrub and the body mask and wrap are offered only at our Dean Martin spa, so you will not find them on the menu here.

The spa is at 60 S Stephanie St #110, about 0.2 miles south of the Stephanie Street interchange on I-215, the Bruce Woodbury Beltway. The neighborhood is McCullough Hills, next to Green Valley Ranch and MacDonald Ranch, in ZIP 89012. Coming by freeway, take the Stephanie Street exit off I-215 and head south; the center is a short way down Stephanie. From Galleria at Sunset, it is a straight drive south on Stephanie Street.

Start with what you want worked on and how much pressure you enjoy. For knots and a sore back you want dug into, book deep tissue or Thai Combination. For stiffness, Thai Traditional and its assisted stretches suit most people. For a gentle, oil-based hour, book Swedish. Still not sure? Signature mixes Thai stretches with lighter pressure, and you can tell your therapist what you like as you go.
How much does a massage cost in Henderson?
Regular prices start at $115 for 60 minutes and reach $250 for 120 minutes of deep tissue, Signature or Thai Combination. Locals pay $90 for 60 minutes or $140 for 90. Members pay from $80 a visit, and a first visit with a corporate HR code is $60 until the end of 2026. Foot reflexology is $125 for an hour.
Can two of us book a couples massage here?
Yes. Every massage on the menu can be booked for two at the same time. Book it on Fresha or call, and tell us the pressure each of you prefers.
Do you have spa suites or a body scrub at this spa?
Not yet. The private spa suites (hot tub, sauna, steam room and rain shower), the body scrub and the body mask and wrap are at our Dean Martin spa for now. Suites are coming to Stephanie Street in summer 2027.
