Massage 1 Thai Spa on Dean Martin Drive is our flagship, and the place to book Thai massage near the Las Vegas Strip when you want an hour on the table instead of another hour in a casino. The spa sits across I-15 from the center Strip, between Flamingo Road and Harmon Avenue, about a mile by road from Caesars Palace and the Rio, and it is the only one of our three spas with private spa suites. Many of our guests here are in town for a conference, a trade show, a game or a long weekend, and couples massage is what guests mention most.
Our licensed therapists are trained in Thai massage techniques. Anton and his father Toine own and run the business, a family-owned and Asian-owned company. They built it around the Thai massages they found on nearly 20 years of family trips to Thailand.
Thai Massage, Deep Tissue and Couples Massage
Thai Traditional massage is done without oil, in a comfortable outfit we provide. Expect stretching, compressions and firm palm pressure rather than long strokes. If you would rather have oil and a gentler touch, choose Swedish. If you want it firmer still, choose Thai Combination or deep tissue massage. Tell your therapist where it hurts. They start at a pressure that suits the session, check in as they go, and adjust to you.
Every massage can be booked as a couples massage, side by side. Prices run from $115 for 60 minutes of Swedish or Thai Traditional to $250 for 120 minutes of Signature, Thai Combination or deep tissue.
Private Spa Suites With Hot Tub, Sauna and Steam Room
Our private spa suites, featuring an Infrared Sauna, Hot Tub, Steam Room, and Rain Shower, are exclusively available at our Dean Martin location. Your party has the suite to itself for the hour. Couples are not split into men’s and women’s areas after the massage: you use the suite together, before or after your treatment. There is no set routine. Some guests spend the hour in the hot tub, others move between the sauna, the steam room and the rain shower. Solo guests who want privacy book them too.

Facials Matched to Your Skin
We offer five 60-minute facials, from the Hydrate Facial at $115 to the Probiotic Deep Cleanse at $200. We do not push one facial on first-time guests. Tell us what you want for your skin, whether that is moisture after the desert sun, fine lines, a dull complexion or congested pores, and we suggest the one that fits. Book a facial on its own, or add a suite hour to it for $130.
Foot Reflexology and Body Treatments
After a day of walking the Strip, foot reflexology works the pressure points on your feet for a full 60 minutes ($125), or as a 25-minute add-on to any massage ($65). Two body treatments are 30-minute add-on services, exclusively available at our Dean Martin location: a body scrub ($90) and a body mask and wrap ($120). Heated stones can be added to most massages for $10, though not to Thai Traditional.

The road runs alongside I-15 on the far side of the freeway from the center Strip, between Flamingo Road and Harmon Avenue. The neighborhood is Paradise, the unincorporated part of Clark County that holds most of the Strip, which is why the mailing address still reads Las Vegas. The nearby streets carry Rat Pack names: Frank Sinatra Drive, Sammy Davis Jr. Drive and Joey Bishop Drive.

Questions About Our Dean Martin Spa
How do I choose between Thai, Swedish and deep tissue massage?
Pick by the pressure you like. Swedish is the gentlest, with oil and long strokes. Thai Traditional is clothed, with stretching and firm palm pressure, and it surprises people who expect a Swedish feel. Deep tissue and Thai Combination are the firmest. Signature blends Thai stretches with light to medium pressure. If you are unsure, tell us what hurts and how firm you like it when you book.
How much does a massage cost at the Dean Martin spa?
A 60-minute Swedish or Thai Traditional massage is $115, 90 minutes is $170 and 120 minutes is $230. Signature, Thai Combination and deep tissue are $125, $185 and $250. Foot reflexology is $125 for 60 minutes. A private suite hour is $160 on its own or $130 with a treatment.
Can we book a couples massage and a private suite together?
Yes. Book your couples massage, then add the suite before or after it. The suite is yours alone for the hour, so you stay together for the whole visit.
Are the private suites at your other spas too?
Not yet. The suites are at Dean Martin only for now, and they are coming to our Henderson spa on Stephanie Street and our Rainbow spa in southwest Las Vegas in summer 2027.
